Zeolite Rotor Concentrator
Waste air passes through the rotor, where adsorption of VOC takes place in the first section on the hydrophobic zeolite adsorbent, followed by displacement of VOC into a small heated air stream. The concentrate is then treated in a suitably chosen thermal cleaning system. The rotor therefore ensures increasing concentrations of huge volumes of air with low concentrations of volatile compounds.
The equipment features the following properties:
- High VOC removal efficiency (> 98%),
- Low pressure drop,
- High concentration factor.
The equipment is suitable for:
- Large air volumes,
- Low concentrations.
